Privacy Policy
Effective 29 July 2026
CineDwell turns listing photography agents already own into marketing packages. This policy explains what we collect, why we hold it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can get it back or have it deleted.
1. Who we are
CineDwell (“CineDwell”, “we”, “us”) provides listing marketing services to real estate professionals. For privacy questions, data access requests, or deletion requests, contact cinedwell.ai@gmail.com.
Where you are an agent using CineDwell, we act as the controller of your account data. Where you upload property information and enquiries about a listing you represent, you are the controller of that material and CineDwell acts as your processor, handling it only to produce the marketing assets you request.
2. What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, and brokerage. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from Google — we never receive your Google password. If you register with an email and password, authentication is handled by Supabase and we do not store your password ourselves.
Listing information. What you submit through the listing wizard: property address, listing URL, asking price and currency, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, property type, market or country, property description, highlight notes, the platforms you intend to publish on, and your preferred package style.
Uploads. Listing photographs, floor plans, and agent or brokerage logos.
Enquiries from third parties. When someone contacts you through a CineDwell listing page or agent profile, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message they submit, and pass it to you as a lead. We do not market to these people ourselves.
Billing information. Subscription status, plan, and payment history. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored by CineDwell.
Service records. Listing activity history, revision requests and comments, seller approvals, notifications, and delivery timestamps.
3. What we do not do
- We do not run advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not use your listing photographs to market CineDwell without your written permission.
- We do not build advertising profiles from your property or client data.
4. Why we process it
- To create and deliver the marketing package you requested.
- To operate your account, authenticate you, and keep your saved drafts available.
- To take payment and apply plan limits.
- To notify you about listing progress, revisions, and publishing.
- To provide support, investigate faults, and keep the service secure.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
5. Cookies and local storage
CineDwell does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To keep you signed in we store an authentication session in your browser’s local storage. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
Web fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. No cookie is set for this.
6. Processors we rely on
We share data with a small number of providers who process it on our instructions and are bound to keep it confidential:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage for accounts, listings, and uploads. Hosted in the United States (us-east-1).
- Stripe — subscription payments. Stripe collects card details directly and acts as its own controller for payment data.
- Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
- OpenAI — generates the property analysis and marketing direction used to prepare your package. Property details and notes are sent for this purpose. Account passwords and payment data are never sent.
- Google — sign-in when you choose Google authentication, and web font delivery.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
7. International transfers
CineDwell is operated from, and stores data in, the United States. If you access the service from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your own jurisdiction.
8. How long we keep it
Account and listing data is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your listings, uploads, and delivered assets within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer for tax, accounting, or legal reasons — typically invoices and payment records for up to seven years.
You can ask us to delete a specific listing and its uploads at any time and we will action it within 30 days.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted by row-level security so that accounts can only reach their own records, and administrative access is limited to personnel who need it to deliver the service. Payment card data never reaches our systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator without undue delay.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive it in a portable format. If you are in California, you may also request details of the categories of information we collect and disclose, and you will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
Email cinedwell.ai@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Because we act as a processor for the property and enquiry data an agent uploads, requests about that material may be referred to the agent who controls it.
11. Children
CineDwell is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact cinedwell.ai@gmail.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the effective date above and, where the change significantly affects how we handle your information, notify account holders by email. This version is effective 29 July 2026.
